A Bit About Me
Margi Moore’s love for understanding animals and their behavior started at a very young age. From barrel racing horses to learning from her father and his working cattle dogs, it was an organic connection for her! She has spent the last 20+ years training, competing, volunteering therapy visits, and learning new ways to encourage canines in all environments. Her positive presence in class is contagious! Margi has raised/trained 4 Ranked NAFA Toy Poodles: Andy #1, Kris Kringle #2, Bentley former #2 and Bug former # 14 who is now a Therapy Canine with 500+ visits! Andy has over 60,000 accumulated points and the closest dog in points is his nephew, Kris Kringle.
Margi originally came from the horse world and was heavily involved with rodeo and barrel horses for 25 years before delving into the dog show world. She was the 1983 Ohio High School Rodeo Association Barrel Racing Champion and attended the High School Rodeo Finals in Douglas, Wyoming that same year.
